Temporary Accommodation
What is it?
- Temporary accommodation (TA) provides short-term housing for people experiencing homelessness while their local council works to find them a permanent home.
How long can it last?
- TA is treated on a case-by-case basis, it could be days, months or years depending on your local council and how quickly you can move into longer-term accommodation
Supported Accommodation
We provide bespoke and adapted properties to care providers for a range of clients. These units are both single and multiple occupancy depending on the requirement and are often adapted to suit the users specific needs. Tenants
At Warwickshire Property Partners, 20% of our properties are pet-friendly. This reflects our commitment to supporting tenant well-being, as we recognize the positive impact pets have on emotional health. Allowing pets also helps tenants experiencing challenging circumstances by providing comfort and easing their transition into stable housing.
