We’ve been providing temporary accommodation (TA) since 2018, supporting individuals and families facing homelessness with safe, short-term housing. How long someone stays in TA can vary—from a few days to several months or more—depending on their local council and how quickly a suitable long-term home becomes available.
Supported Accommodation
We offer bespoke and adapted properties for care providers, tailored to both single and multiple occupancy needs. Each unit is customised to meet the specific requirements of its residents. Learn more on our Care Providers page.
Adapted Accommodation
Our adapted accommodation is designed to meet the specific needs of individuals who require additional support to live safely and comfortably. Whether it’s wheelchair access, sensory adjustments, or specialist equipment, we work closely with care providers to ensure each property is tailored to the people who will call it home.

Kate McKee
Director
I have been in the property industry for over 8 years and have dedicated my career to social housing. I am also a qualified EPC assessor, retrofit assessor and I have a strong understanding of renewable technology. I have been a guest speaker at several property events, and also delivered consultation and mentoring in the social housing space. My role in the business is acquisition of properties, raising investment capital, securing lending, and supplier partnership development. Throughout my career I have been fortunate to secure contracts to supply accommodation to local authorities and support providers.

I have been running my electrical installation business for 25 years, and I have undertaken countless refurbishment projects in that time, from the initial planning and building regulations stage through to completion. I am dedicated to improving the standard of social housing, using skills acquired over 30 years in property, to ensure our projects are delivered on time and in budget. I also oversee our maintenance team, manage our existing portfolio and have a very active role in raising private finance.

I support both the marketing and property management functions at Warwickshire Property Partners. Over the past 8 months, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how the business operates day-to-day, gaining experience across multiple areas of the company. My role involves liaising directly with tenants, landlords, and contractors to help ensure our accommodation is well-managed and responsive to needs. I coordinate letter and email campaigns targeting both vendors and prospective care providers, alongside creating social media content that supports our outreach and strengthens brand awareness. I take pride in being adaptable, proactive, and always learning — contributing to WPP’s mission to deliver high-quality accommodation.
